二 | 国际单位制计量单位和国家选定的其他计量单位，为国家法定计量单位。”该强制性国家标准是我国法定计量单位制度的基础性技术文件，直接关系到教材、出版物、产品标签、检测报告、贸易文件等使用计量单位的一致性，适用于国民经济、科学技术、工业生产、文化教育等一切使用计量单位的场合。　　本次修订是继《国际单位制及其应用》（GB 3100—1993）发布实施30多年来，我国量和单位领域基础性、强制性国家标准的一次重大修订。修订草案紧跟国际计量大会（CGPM）决议与国际标准更新，核心变化包括：明确国际单位制以“秒、米、千克、安培、开尔文、摩尔、坎德拉”等7个采用物理常数新定义的基本单位为基础；取消“辅助单位”分类，将弧度、球面度纳入具有专门名称的国际单位制（简称SI）导出单位（共计22个）；将天文单位、道尔顿、奈培、贝、分贝等纳入与SI并用的我国法定计量单位表等。　　市场监管总局呼吁科研机构、高校、出版单位、生产企业、检验检测机构等社会各界积极参与意见征求，严格落实国家法定计量单位制度，共同夯实我国计量单位统一、规范、与国际接轨的制度基础。版权申明：凡注有“”或电头为“”的稿件，均为独家版权所有，未经许可不得转载或镜像；授权转载必须注明来源为“”，并保留“”的电头。。
